Under the responsibility of the Greenhouse Director, the Security Officer enforces security measures for our personnel and our facility to prevent incidents and unauthorized traffic on our premises, maintain order, and ensure compliance with current regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth flow of entry and exit from the factory by providing impeccable customer service to all our employees and suppliers
• Control access to the facilities and conduct rounds in designated areas to ensure risk prevention and compliance with regulations
• Ensure that the security and emergency procedures in effect within the facility are followed
• Control access to the greenhouse complex
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and the enforcement of current laws and regulations (OHS, WHMIS, Building Code, Tobacco Act, etc.)
• Complete incident reports when necessary
