Reporting to the Greenhouse Director, you will lead the packaging plant operations. You will work closely with your production teams to maximize the potential of each crop. You will optimize operational performance across all shifts based on proven and established operational standards. By leading by example, you will become the coach and mentor of supervisors, enabling them to improve key performance indicators (KPI) while ensuring the development and adherence to a high-performing culture in OHS, GMP, and HACCP.

• Ensure that every improvement solution is captured in a daily management system
• Adjust work according to operational constraints in collaboration with the Planning Coordinator and the Greenhouse Cultivation Manager
• Continuously improve our processes to optimize production and product quality
• Standardize and plan the necessary number of employees for the efficient execution of operations
• Ensure "over-communication" between work teams and other departments
• Evaluate and ensure the development of employees' skills through personalized support
• Train new employees on safe work methods and GMP
